Berikut adalah tips dan trik makanan yang akan membuat tidur Anda lebih berkualitas :

  1. Pilih makanan yang kaya akan asam amino triptofan.
    Asam amino triptofan merupakan asam amino yang dapat membantu supaya Anda tertidur lebih cepat. Asam amino jenis ini dapat Anda jumpai pada buah pisang, madu, oat, dan juga susu.
  2. Singkirkan menu tinggi lemak

Water is very important. We can ive more than two weeks without food. However, we can only live for eight to ten days without water. Water goes around  our body through blood. It carries oxygen and food for cells. It cleans our body and brings the waste in sweat our urine. It also keeps the balance of minerals in our body. Most of parts human body  use water to work.
